Plan B’s Service is designed from the bottom up to ensure that we can recover customer systems whenever they are needed. In particular our 100% testing regime means we always know that we have working system images that will not just boot but will run as expected within a working network.

As a result we and our customers can be completely confident that their systems are protected and that if disaster does strike then recovering them is a simple uneventful process.

To back this up and to underline our commitment to protecting our customers, Plan B offer a Recovery Guarantee as part of our standard contract.

The Guarantee is straightforward. If we can’t recover your systems within twice the number of minutes they usually take to boot-up then we will refund you all the fees you have paid us for the last year!
