At Plan B, our core philosophy is to produce and run a service that delivers the highest levels of recoverability for our customers for a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.
Within that, the cornerstones of the Plan B service are that we and our technology must never let our customers down. To that end we go to great lengths to ensure recoveries will always work and are proactive in dealing with anything that would reduce the level of any customer’s protection. But, we also strongly believe that the way we do this is just as important so we place customer service alongside technical integrity at the top of our priority list.

The results appear to be that our customers feel we are doing a good job. In the last of our annual customer surveys 100% of our customers said that they would recommend us to others!
We are very proud of this response from our customers but not complacent and we will always strive to improve our technology, the service itself and our level of customer service.
